For Adrian and his guests, a four-day retreat to the Southern Highlands was made all the more special thanks to a curated drop-off menu—chef-prepared meals delivered fresh and ready to enjoy.

Tucked away at a private residence on in Exeter, the weekend was a chance to reconnect, relax, and indulge—without the stress of planning, cooking, or cleaning.

Embracing the ethos of the BMW 7 Series, the menu featured high-quality dishes, complemented by a series of non-alcoholic beverages and cocktails, ensuring the safety of all attendees who would later embark on their journey back to Sydney in the BMW. We created a non-acholic ginger peach iced tea along with the delicious Polka Lilly pilly sparking cuvee, along with the delicious local wines from Artemis Winery just down the road.

Truffle hunting in Robertson

It was beautiful early winters day, fingers of sunlight, lush green paddocks and the late tint of autumn leaves. Robertson in the southern highlands just outside of Sydney, is a neat little country town with a rather up market looking restaurant just next to the local Massey tractor dealer.

A few wines from the Cotes-du-rhone

While in London I regularly purchase wine from the Jeroboams store on Heath Street, which is an agreeable distance from my flat. I like, on each trip, to concentrate on an individual wine region. Last year it was the wines of Tuscany. Mainly Sangiovese based wines. Super concentrated wines with tight tannins and big flavours, Chianti’s and Montepulciano and the like.
